For Innlandet Hospital Trust, one of Norway’s largest healthcare providers, we created a 2D animation that highlights the transformative potential of video consultations for post-treatment check-ups. In this animation, we followed the story of Tore, a stroke patient, and showcased how transitioning from traditional hospital visits to a more accessible, remote follow-up system drastically improved his experience.
As a studio with deep knowledge in healthcare systems, it was critical for us to grasp not only the technical aspects of medical consultations but also the human impact. Understanding how crucial it is for patients to feel safe and well cared for, we crafted a narrative that speaks directly to their concerns—long travel times, logistical hurdles, and the need for frequent follow-ups after major health events like strokes. By illustrating the practical benefits of remote video consultations, such as reduced travel and more efficient use of time, we successfully communicated the value of this service to both patients and healthcare providers.
Our animation emphasized how patients like Tore, and even hip fracture patients, could gain more control over their recovery by accessing local healthcare services in collaboration with the hospital’s specialists. It underscored the importance of cutting-edge technology in healthcare, ensuring that both first-line and second-line services work together for the patient’s benefit.
Thanks to our expertise in medical topics and storytelling, we delivered a piece that not only resonated with the Innlandet Hospital Trust’s goals but also provided a compelling case for adopting video consultations more widely across the healthcare system.
